How do I track my  order status?

You can track your order online 24  hours/7 days after receiving the tracking number please proceed to respective website and entered the details to check on the current status of delivery.

Or you can just click on Track My Order on top of Kanpeki page, enter your order number used to purchase order, then press Enter to check your order status.

 

I can't track my order on courier tracking  page. What I need to do?

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have just been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping

Please contact us at kanpeki.cs@gmail.com with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.


How can I cancel my order?

Cancelling an order is fast and easy.

First, you need to login to your respective account which you have placed the order Kanpeki. 

Login to your account

Go to "My Account" screen and select “Order Number” 

Under "Remarks"

Quote Order Number you wish to cancel

State your cancellation reason

Make sure you read and agree with Kanpeki's cancellation policy

Click on "SAVE"


 Note: Customer Service will proceed with the request for cancellation. However, if the product have been ship out, you will be provided with the tracking number and we are not able to retrieve the package.

What is the Kanpeki cancellation policy?

Before cancelling an order, please read and understand the following terms & conditions:

Kanpeki cannot reverse a cancellation once it is completed. After cancellation, we cannot restore your order.

Any vouchers, discounts, or promotions used in conjunction with a cancelled order WILL NOT be valid or re-validated for any subsequent order.

We cannot guarantee that the price, availability, shipping fee, or any other element of a cancelled order will remain the same for any subsequent order.

Your refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to your account within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your payment method, bank and/or financial institution.

The refund amount will be the net amount paid by you and will not include any voucher amount.

In some cases, a cancellation cannot be processed online. Please contact our customer service if your cancellation is declined.

The entire order will be cancelled, please proceed to place new order.


Can I cancel an item or several items in my order?

Unfortunately, cancellation of confirmed order will results in cancellation of entire purchase order. You can re-order the item(s) you want again.

Cancellation will be accepted provided:

The item(s) you want to cancel has not been shipped yet.


Do I have to pay any extra cost for using online  cancellation form?

Online cancellation form is free of charge.


How do I know if my cancellation request was accepted?

After submitting the online cancellation form, you will see a message "Your request for cancellation is successful". This indicates you have successfully sent your cancellation request to us. Kanpeki will process your request within 60 minutes upon receiving the request.


Can I cancel the order and reorder using a  voucher?

Voucher codes must be entered when you are at Payment step during checkout. In the event you forgot to key in the voucher code, you may cancel the order and make a new order using the voucher code.


How can I change delivery address/ phone number/ recipient  for my existing order?

If you want to change:

Phone number for your existing order

Recipient for your existing order

Delivery address for your existing order

Please send us your inquiry at kanpeki.cs@gmail.com. We will contact you as soon as possible. However, the above changes are not applicable if status is in shipped.

If you want to change your account information or future order information, you can log in to your Kanpeki account to change the details for your future delivery.


Can I change my payment method after order has been made?

At Kanpeki, we do not offer an option to change payment method for your existing order. Hence, we suggest you place a new order and  cancel your existing order immediately by sending us a request to cancel order at kanpeki.cs@gmail.com. We will help you cancel it.


Can I change items from my order after order has been  processed?

Unfortunately once an order has been processed, no changes can be made. However, you may request to cancel your order by send us your inquiry at kanpeki.cs@gmail.com.


I accidentally ordered duplicate items. What should I do?

Yes, you may call our customer service hotline to cancel a duplicate item. However, please bear in mind to give us a call as soon as you realize it as we might have packed and shipped the items out.


I received an incomplete order, what should I do?

Please notify us immediately at kanpeki.cs@gmail.com so we can assist you promptly.

If the missing item from your order is a part of a product ,please return the item back to us in its original packaging, with invoice.


I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, we are happy to exchange the items for you. Please notify us immediately at kanpeki.cs@gmail.com. We will contact you right away.

To assure prompt return resolution, please pack the item in its original package.


I received damaged/ defective item, what should I do?

We apologize that your order was not received in its rightful condition. We understand your frustration concerning the state of your order upon its arrival. Kanpeki makes every effort to adequately pack your shipments to ensure the protection of the contents of your shipment. Within how long should I inform Kanpeki about my  damage/defective/incorrect item?

For faster process, we really appreciate if you could get back to us within  48 hours upon receiving a damage/defective/incorrect item. Your item will still be entitled for our 14-day return policy.
